Returns and Refund
We want you to be completely satisfied with your B- princess purchase and we are happy to accept returns and exchanges. If you need to return your purchase we accept item for exchange under the following conditions.
Item is unworn and in original condition.
Item is in original packaging with all tags attached.
Item is returned or postmarked within 15 days of receiving your order.
Item is not from a custom order or had alterations performed.
Any return postage costs will be at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We do not accept a refund
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 7 working days and from 10-15 working Days to Other Countries. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details. We offer free international shipping for all orders
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange goods, we ask that you simply place a new order for the replacement goods and visit the returns page to return the goods or email to us for the further instruction Please include your order number and item name you would like to exchange.
Manufacturing Defects
In addition to our 15-day returns policy, certain product items may benefit from a manufacturer’s warranty. Please email us at info@b-princess.com if you believe your product has a manufacturing defect.
Cancellation
You may contact us at any time prior to your Order being marked as “Processed” on our online Order tracking system to cancel or change it. If you do so, we will at your request either: (i) do our best to change it, subject to stock availability and any applicable price adjustment. If the Order has been processed, please await delivery and use the Returns process.
Product Liability
By placing an Order through our Website, you acknowledge and agree that full liability for the products rests with the manufacturer and that we carry no product liability for those items save as described in the Returns section in relation to returning the products and refunding the price paid (where applicable).
