How do I make a purchase?

You have to create an account and agree to the terms and conditions. You cannot do a commercial transaction at without creating an account.

What payment methods do accept & is it safe to use my credit card online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided PayPal (Secure Payment Gateway). First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder’s billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly. Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Definitely but make sure you enter preferred shipping address whenever you place an order with us.

How long does delivery take, and what are the charges?

What is the return notice period?

The items need to be shipped back and the shipping information needs to be emailed with the information of the Product, Invoice No., and the shipping Air Way Bill No.  within two days upon receipt of the item. For more details check our RMI policy.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Your refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order or as store credit. Shipping costs are not refunded for items unless your items are faulty. All customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If you, unfortunately, receive a faulty item, please dispatch for return delivery back to us within 2 days of acceptance of the Delivery and with a description of the fault. We will process a full refund including the original delivery charge. Faulty items will be checked on receipt and validated.

I am missing an item, what do I do?

In the unlikely event, you are missing an item from your order, this is probably due to your order being dispatched in separate parcels, if this is the case please check your emails, as we will have updated you via email on the status of your order. (Don’t forget to check your junk folder in case it’s ended up in there!)

How can I change my name or address?

You can change any of your personal details such as name or address in the Manage Account section of the website, by clicking on Edit Details. When an order is placed, you cannot make changes to your name or address once your order has been dispatched.

How do I return my order?

For any reason, you may return your order to within 2 days of the purchase date by visiting the returns page. Please review the terms and conditions on our returns page for additional information about returning goods. Depending on the reason for a return you may be responsible for shipping and handling charges.

How do I exchange my order?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange goods, we ask that you simply place a new order for the replacement goods and visit the returns page within 3 days of your original purchase to return the goods you would like to return.

How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the returns page to initiate a return if you wish to return goods. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.

Are your goods first quality?

All the products we carry and sell are “first quality” and free of major defects.

How do I return defective goods?

You may return your order to within 72 hours of receiving the order if they are defective. You will receive replacement goods via the same shipping service you chose during check out. Please report claims using the returns page.
